Hi let me say that My Tub and a first class service. My fire part which I ordered was no longer available. My Tub e-mail as they had found a replacement part. I phoned the customer service to have the replacement part this part was actually cheaper than the original one. Good prices but chaotic delivery. First one item had to be substituted and then another was out of stock despite being initially in stock. That was out of an order of only 3 items. All took many days.
