Dear Sirs,
I have now received my order thank you. I did not receive on the day I was originally told it would arrive and did not receive any call to advise me. It was only when I contacted you after 4pm as I was notified due to there not being enough drivers I would not get it. I was then told it would come the next day. When I advised I could not take the order due to work commitments I was asked if i could collect it. I thought this was a bit inconsiderate when I had taken a day off and sat in all day wasting an entire day for nothing. When I asked if it could be delivered Monday as I had a pre booked holiday I was assured it would be with me first thing and it was. I ordered 2 Merrychef oven protectors. One of them arrived having leaked and dried chemicals on outside of the bottle. They were both filthy dirty too. However I contacted My Tub about the half empty bottle and, once back in stock, sent me a replacement with no argument. I wasnt impressed with the initial delivery and it had been dumped down quite quickly before it could be checked, however, I was pleased with the customer service response so will continue to use My Tub

A good price and speedy delivery through my letterbox. Frequent email updates kept me in the picture whilst my order was processed. I am pleased with the service and will use again.

When order was placed there was no communication from yourselves regarding that one of the items was out of stock and would take at least 4 weeks to get . I only found out from my local plumbers merchant who you tried to place the order with Once I had then emailed youselves a member of your staff think her name was Karen contacted me and once I explained the situation that I needed it the following week , went away and managed to source the item for me. Was very impressed with how the problem was dealt withand items were delivered when promised , but think the webpage product listings should be clearer on delivery times with these sort of items.

First, The part is correct, fitted and leak free, so thanks. Actually, if I were to do this again I would buy from a local shop, accepting the higher piece price for a faster delivery. Your price advantage was almost completely eroded by the shipping charges - why not simply post it especially as I was prepared to wait. Anyhow, as I said before, the part is correct and has fixed my problem so Im happy enough on that score. Regards

Smooth ordering process.
Items despatched and delivered to me as planned.
The goods were well packaged and arrived safe and sound.
My gas engineer will be able to give a more balanced view when he arrives to service my fire but I cannot see any issues.
