Great service and assistance from your staff in Whitley Bay they could not have been more helpful. You were however let down badly by the Plumb Centre in Burnt Common near Guildford Surrey. each time I have phoned, the lady has been most helpful.
item came on the day scheduled, but would have liked a rough guide - say perhaps before 12noon or after 12noon.
love the item, matches exactly the taps I already have.

Had problems initially trying to determine the exact technical spec for the products being supplied and matching that with our requirements/expectations from the product. We had to do the 'leg work' to find the specification of the products you were supplying as you were unable to provide this information/concur with the information we eventually found on the product.
All other aspects ordering, delivery etc was excellent.
