Great service in sourcing an end of line product, which was delivered ahead of expected date.
thanks!

Good points - Item arrived promptly, well packed and as described. Efficient service for a replacement part.
Negative points - My inbox has 11 emails from them, most of which were not necessary. Courier carriage charge of £7.20 was excessive for an item that could have been posted by Royal Mail for £2.80.

Excellent service, kept me informed of expected delivery. Thank you

Really great customer service - we changed our minds about the bath model and they were only too happy to accommodate. Staff were polite and efficient at all times. Thank you.

I would like to thank everyone Ive dealt with at MyTub. The response time between sending a question and receiving an answer is incredible and you have all been so helpful especially with the special order item.
Thanks

Had to wait a week for the part, but didnt mind as it was cheaper than other places. However I was kept updated at all times by the friendly customer services staff.
Will definately recommend MyTub to all my friends and family!

I needed this component in a hurry so went with who ever had it in stock. £12 for a five day delivery time is expensive for what is a small part especially as the order was actually fulfilled by a company local to me a few miles away in West London and not by the company I ordered from who are based in the North East. Ill be looking more closely at local suppliers in future.

Received my order earlier than expected - brilliant. First time to have used this
website and if need be will look around again. Waiting for my son to fit the part
but looks the right thing. Thanks Christine!:
