Having waited in all day I received a phone call from the carrier stating that you had sent 1 by 1 unit instead of 1 by 4 pack of water filters. Is this correct. They also state that delivery will be some time tomorrow. Apart from this problem it has been a pleasure dealing with you. I appreciate being kept informed as to order updates

I apologise for the mix up in the delivery I have contacted the branch and they assure me your order has been re-ordered. The manufacturer in error thought there was only item on your order and so only sent us one filter. The branch say they sent the one item to yourself until the others came into stock. good experiance part arrived on time when they said it would. I was not in!! popped to shops for 10 mins!! but very helpful driver called me and arranged to leave it with neighbour.

Hi. Just to confirm that I received my order on Friday 24 October 2014. The only comment that I would want to make is that I expected confirmation that the delivery date of 24 October was to be the actual date. However, I had to phone to find out that this was the case.

The prices were very competitive,and although the order was delivered correctly on the day promised, it was well over three weeks after the order was placed. This is very unusual in this day and age, and there was no indication before I placed the order that delivery times might be that long. I will make sure I enquire about delivery times BEFORE I place an order in future - had I known, I would probably have looked elsewhere to see if there qwas a supplier who could deliver more quickly - even if it cost a little more.
