appreciated effort by on line support.
Disappointed with company not sending part in time for Friday delivery.
Appreciated effort by delivery driver on Monday.
satisfied but could do better

Excellent service. Part took a bit of time to come from the manufacturer and we had several updates so we in turn could keep our customer informed all the way.

Good value and many thanks for having the parts which were realtively hard to find. Only issue were the unexpected delays of several weeks - a better estimate of delivery timeframes should be mentioned prior to the order, not via several emails each detailing further delays. The reasons were not expalined either.

Had a slight problem with one of the fittings of the product I purchased, which was sorted out very well and quickly by a combination of MyTub and Twyford.
I would wholeheartedly recommend MyTub.

Many thanks for processing my order which I have received.
It would have been more convenient for me if you had used HM Post for delivery.
Thank you.
