Hello sir,
Tuesday I received the parcel. I would like to thank you for the service.The CD with the software for the Diagnostics for the Vaillant boiler Vrdialog 8102 is very out of date. Its the version 2.2. by 2006. On the internet can I find the version 2.5, but there are already the VrDIALOG 8102 version 2.8.0.3 but I cant download it. My computer works with windows 7 and this version works only with windows XP.
Christine, of you company, did provide the upgrade to version 2.8.0.3.

I wanted a folding shower screen finding one to fit my specification proived difficult but Mytub staff were very helpful and patient. I cannot fault the My Tub service and would recommend it to anyone. This is my second order and I was pleased with the way a slight hiccup was dealt with in regard to non-delivery at the confirmed date due to sickness at the delivery company. On querying the non-delivery through your portal, the issue was promptly pursued and a revised date given.
I feel perhaps the wording in the online catalogue could be a little clearer in regard to alternative andor compatible products e.g in regard to my last order Alcona toilet suite under AR1145, under notes you have AR1148 alternative with horizontal as opposed to bottom outlet , AR2342 compatible cistern, AR7815 compatible seat. That said, I did manage to order exactly what I wanted.

Order process - spot on, very helpful lady at the 'my tub' end made the initial purchase very simple
Order delivery - complete disaster, I rang 'my tub' to enquire after the delivery as the confirmed delivery date had been missed. Jeanette was surprosed to hear this as you had confirmation of signed delivery.
I followed through with a call to the Kettering Plumb centre who also said it had been delivered - all very good but it had been delivered to the wrong address !
The plumb centre driver had delivered the item to Kettering hospital , obtained a signature and closed the job down. If I had not placed an enquiry call the whole thing would have been left as a complete purchase/delivery

Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler.
