Good service and good communication from start to finish. I have to admit that I was sceptical that the company would refund the delivery charge if I collected the item myself from a nearby plumbing supplier. But they did on the day I picked it up. Another great load of customer service from these guys, as I am not there, give yourselves a well deserved pat on the back!
