I am pleased with the shower tray as it is a good product at a great price. I was unhappy with the delivery. It was initially set up for the Wednesday then changed to the Thursday. I took the Thu off and it did not arrive. It also did not arrive on the Friday luckily I was home!!!. When I called I was told there was a problem with the drivers hours and I would get it on the Monday but at any time up to 1800. As I had a plumber arriving first thing Monday this was no good. I elected to collect it from Yeovil at my cost and time. So a whole day off plus a couple of hours and diesel money wasted. I only bought a replacement cistern lever for my Tiffany Suite but I was impressed with the level of service I got. Someone from the firm was quickly on the phone to let me know when the delivery would take place (following an abortive attempt to the wrong address by the carrier!) and the lever was exactly as specified.

I couldnt be more pleased with either the service or the quality of the product I have received. The packing of the fragile items was absolutely superb now I only have to get rid of the MOUNTAIN of polystyrene bits which really did their job. The delivery by City Link far exceeded that offered by unreliable myHermes, so I sincerely hope My Tub sticks with this courier.
I was also impressed with the quickness with which my initial email enquiry was dealt..... a reply within about 10mins or so, gives a brilliant impression of the kind of service that an eventual order will receive.
I will not hesitate to recommend MY Tub to anyone, especially as I have just noticed the Price Match offer on the website.
Thanks fora brilliant transaction.

Brilliant service. Easy to order, came slightly quicker than initially estimated but with confirmatiuon of delivery day by e-mail ahead of the time meant no problem. Price was good, too! Would use you again on this experience.

Initial enquiry about an alternative product to the now discontinued line was swiftly answered and order placed. This was then very quickly delivered. I was very impressed with the service received and would most certainly consider using them again.
