Order successfuly and helpfully delivered.
Order apparently complete but not yet installed.
The whole process so far efficient and very satisfactory.
Thank you.

First time I have used yourselves but will definately use again much better than some of the suppliers I have used.

Part arrived OK, Thanks

Took 3 weeks to deliver. To be fair, communications were good, but for an online seller claiming that items were in stock and delivery in 2-3 days, the overall service was pretty poor. Under the circumstances, i would have expected more of an apology or discount off next order - otherwise i might as well go to my local plumbing centre next time.

Excellent service and communications. Provided Peglars items which most other merchants do not stock.

Very impressed with service . Most suppliers just indicated the part was obsolete. You came back with a further request and searched for a replacement part which worked fine. For an on-line supplier this was explementary service . Will certainly recommend to other gas engineers.

A very easy transaction and a superb quick delivery, ordered on a Thursday and arrived at 08:30 on the Monday, the day when there had been a significant snowfall..............Well done, highly recommended Company
