While offering best value for this product, which is why I purchased, BUT delivery time of eight working days from order is simply too long for a business user. I will have to consider this delivery delay if ordering again.

Happy with delivery of new Toilet Seat, provided with regular update on delivery which arrived on date as advised. Felt that delivery could have been a little swifter however as had paid for item in good time but took a while for delivery, regular updates however were reassuring. Will use again.

Excellent service. Even sourced an obsolete product for me. The communications from Christine have been excellent - I would highly recommend.

Order was not delivered on the day specified in the order update e-mail which was very inconvenient as someone had to wait in all day. In this instance the sink wasnt damaged but it would be very easy for a sink like this to be damaged in transit without any protective packaging.

I had chosen MyTub because when I called you gave me a lead time which was shorter than my plumber had stated. We were without a shower and wanted it working as soon as possible. Your product was slightly more expensive, but explaining my situation to your salesman, I had been told that the part would definitely arrive sooner. I therefore made the decision to buy with MyTub.
I was disappointed though as once payment had been taken I was told that the lead time was beyond what my plumber had suggested...so I had paid more for no reason. I appreciate that sometimes delays occur, but I was left with the feeling that MyTub were just tryin
