Excellent delivery time, easy ordering.

Although delivery of the items ordered took longer than expected I was keep informed of progress throughout., and for this reason I would say I was satisfied with the service.

Very efficient service. I requested some parts which sales assistant ordered from manufacturer and sent to me free of charge! Would definitely recommend!

My order was recieved and on the date you sent in an email.
Thank you for your prompt service and the fragile parts were un-damaged.
I will employ your services again should the need arise.
If anyone I know needs parts for gas fires etc I will not hesitate to inform them.
