Thank you kindly for your service. Although the items took a lot longer to arrive than expected, the service updates from Christine were excellent. I will recommend you to other businesses. Christine was very helpful and courteous on the telephone and I appreciate the service from her. Thank you

Dear Sirs,
I have now received my order thank you. I did not receive on the day I was originally told it would arrive and did not receive any call to advise me. Very pleased with order and processing. Customer services very helpful and answered calls and emails promptly. However, the courier service was appalling - not the fault of MyTub. They could not find my house and did not even call me to ask for directions. Consequently, package was returned to sender, causing a weeks delay before I eventually received it.
