What an amazing service. I ordered two soft close loo seats, I was given a courtesy call to check I’d ordered the correct one. The toilet seats were subsequently dispatched and arrived the next day.

I would like to say a big thank you to Steve for sorting out my order. It was my error completely by an error on my email address. Steve was cool, calm extremely helpful and professional. I will definitely buy from My Tub again ...

Excellent product. Works well with my old Stoves Cooker. Good price, but I thought delivery was a bit high at £5.99 for something which is very light.

Very good service. My only suggestion would be to give some idea of delivery time - even just morning or afternoon would be a help....

Good value for money, good communications but very long delivery times compared with similar companies....

A week to supply a cartridge, far to long. I bought another cartridge locally and fitted it as I missed the delivery in the morning. I wouldnt use them again to save £20...
