I was disappointed that it took over two weeks to deliver a product that was in stock, and appeared to sit with the courier company for some time. I had to chase several times for resolution, and paid for an item I had not received some two weeks before receiving the goods.

Looking through the order notes between us and our distribution I am also very disappointed. This looks like it has gone via a courier and just just been lost in the courier company nonsense of "its on its way".

I ordered a replacement coal bed for a Valor highlight fire. Even though the part is obsolete, you managed to get hold of a replacement. We really appreciate the effort in sourcing the part and getting it delivered to us a lot quicker than expected. Although what I ordered was the cheapest I could find online, the delivery of around 2 weeks was very long, especially when most sites nowadays offer a two or even next-day delivery. Two weeks without a fully-working shower is a long time to have to wait.
When the parts were delivered I wasnt home, so they were taken to a centre, more than a 90 minute trip from my house, which was quite inconvinient.
Still, I have the parts now, Ive fitted them and my shower is as good as new....
