I have only good to say about the execution of my order. I was kept informed of how my order was progressing, it was delivered within a few days of ordering, and was delivered the on the date I was told and within the time scale on the day. The young lady on the telephone when I first enquired was very helpful and the young man who delivered it was very polite and carried the parcel, which was a sink and quite heavy, into the house. Thank you to all concerned and I would not hesitate to use My Tub again....

hi there , no complaints i was very happy with the service i received . i ordered a neautalizer which was on order and would take up to 6 weeks . i think it arrived in 3 to 4 weeks . i was well informed via email of its delivery status and would like to thank all at your branch for doing a great job THANKYOU Steve...

I was very impressed with the rapid response to my order.
I do have some comments regarding the ordering system on the website.i found it very confusing when you wished delivery to a local pickup centre.
After asking for this delivery arrangement it still asked for ones own home address as delivery address. I needed to ring your office whilst on the computer for guidance.

Prices very competitive, delivery took a while, I guess as you had to order the parts to send me. I ordered 3 and only got 1 but I didn't realise till two weeks after order arrived so didn't feel I should mention it.
