Products were good and so was the price however the delivery was far from acceptable.It took weeks to arrive.I needed the item by a certain date this did not happen as the goods were sent to the incorrect place .Not a very satisfactory service . Recently purchased a Rangemaster sink from My Tub. Service over the phone was friendly and professional Jeannette. Kept informed all the way through the process. It arrived when they said it would. Very happy with the overall service and would use MyTub again....

Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler. A long delay in getting the delivery, and when opened the drain cover was damaged, looked like it had been dropped and a corner cracked, overall not fantastically impressed!
