Hello, the item arrived damaged, I reported this and was told that a replacement would be sent and the damaged item collected. The service that I have received is good but the packaging which I believe was done by your supplier was none existent, just a thin wall box with no packaging whatsoever. Excellent service. I ordered a couple of toilet seats with lids(TIG1461WH) that were shown on your site as no longer available, however as I was still able to go into the site and place the order I hoped/assumed that the no longer avialable notation was incorrect. I had barely placed the order and received an automated email from you before one of your sales representatives, Laurie, was on the phone explaining the error of my ways and checking stock availablity on two alternatives and which he confirmed you had in stock and that he would subsequently arrange to be dispatched. Very impressive....
