Very Good Price, But:
Ordered 2 Entice WC seats, after receiving a delivery time lead time update email at 0908 hrs confirming 2-3 days delivery.
After order placed @10.08 hrs same morning, delivery time then quoted as 12 days out. Not good...

After trawling through their website, I eventually found what I ordered. I was instructed to E-mail them to obtain a delivery date. They responded that they no longer stocked that product. However, they offered a similar product. I placed my order. Jeannette and Christine were very helpful. My product was delivered after a few days but it was the wrong size. It took longer than the 3-5 working days advertised.
Both the plumber and tiler had begun working on the en-suite and we thought that we would have to wait a few days for the door but the assistant, Christine very quickly dealt with the issue, ordered the replacement, which arrived the next day. I ordered some coals for a gas fire which included delivery, but due to the delicate nature of the coals you would not deliver I dont know why you show something on you web site that you cannot deliver. You then had to re credit me for the delivery cost. The item was then sent to another distributer which I had to collect from.
All this took me numerous phone calls and over a weeks wait I would have been better going straight to the local distributer....
