Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler. Appaling service . It took 18 days to deliver this item and that was after three phone calls by me asking you when the item would arrive. Victoriaplumb deliver the next day. You need to sharpen up or go under.

Very sorry for the delay with your order, however this item is obsolete and Ideal Standard have a two week delivery for thier obsolete items as standard, please feel free to contact them direct for confirmation.

Everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful and efficient. Steve Marshall particularly. I had been let down by another company so I tried myTub. The bath I wanted was out of stock at the manufacturer but Steve suggested a replacement. I placed my order on Thursday. I needed the bath by the Monday and it turned up the next day, Friday!! Admittedly the bath suggested was quite a bit more expensive but time was of the essence. Thank you again for such good service. ...

The service is slow! When I order something on the internet postage is normaly under 3 days, but your orders take at least 2 weeks.
