Hi let me say that My Tub and a first class service. My fire part which I ordered was no longer available. My Tub e-mail as they had found a replacement part. I phoned the customer service to have the replacement part this part was actually cheaper than the original one. Dear SirMadam,
It is just my opinion, but I find your website terrible to navigate. Perhaps it is partly because I am not a plumber, but surely people do not shop for plumbing fittings by brand first Wouldnt they look for the type and size of fitting, then choose the brand Why can we not order search results Why are there a zillion sub-categories in each sub-category in each category - case in point, me trying to find suitable compression fittings for 8mm microbore pipe.
Otherwise, you seem to stock absolutely everything, and at a good price.
