The original taps ordered were discontinuid and after searches alternatine replacements bathroom mixer taps from other makes were recommended. Good service and good communication from start to finish. I have to admit that I was sceptical that the company would refund the delivery charge if I collected the item myself from a nearby plumbing supplier. But they did on the day I picked it up.
