I ordered this sink on line and prepaid the cost . I was pleased to see that delivery charges had not been added. The sink was delivered within 10 days directly to our address. All in all, an excellent service which I would means I will definitely use MyTub again....

In need of a replacement timer for my central heating, I found MyTub offering the keenest price, apart from their shipping cost to me here in France. Not to worry, I found a cheaper shipper and MyTub were more than happy to oblige, including prompt email exchanges to coordinate collection by my preferred shipper. Had to wait a week for the part, but didnt mind as it was cheaper than other places. However I was kept updated at all times by the friendly customer services staff.

I am very disapointed by the service you offered to the extent I would postively recommend others not to use your company.
To advertise products for sale, then not be able to deliver them till over 30 days after the order has been placed is not acceptable.
To insist that when buying two products it is necessary to pay seperate postage on both seems unreasonable.
When the issues were raised, the staff spoken to seemed very uninterested as it was my problem not theirs and they also did not appear to have read the messages sent to them.
