Good initial customer service after placing my order online. I had duplicated an item on my initial order so customer services rang to alert me and amended the order to correct the required quantity. Lead in times were quite lengthy 4 weeks for my order so I had to ring MyTub on the day prior to the expected delivery date to get an update, delivery was then arranged for a date convenient for myself. There are an extensive range of Items on the website all of which are competitively priced. I am satisfied with the service provided and have placed a further order with MyTub.... ...David Collins

Youve been great Christine especially at keeping me informed of the progress of my order and of its delivery date. Unfortunately the local courier or supplier based in Peckham, south London, I think he said on the phone didnt deliver it to us last Friday as youd said would happen but today, Monday. However they too were very good on the communication front, despite the disparity of dates, and the delay didnt hold up our builders. So thank you! we are thoroughly disappointed with the service we have received. the order took a very long time to arrive, when it eventually did the number of parts we ordered was wrong. after complaining about a missing part it arrived the next day which leads to the question why did they take so long to arrive in the first place. the price is very good for the parts we wanted but the service let you down and I dont think we will be using you again.
