We have been very happy with the service from MyTub. We had to replace our boiler at very short notice and MyTub had the best price we could find. First class product, accurately described, fairly priced and very promptly delivered. However, I did think that the delivery charge was too high. I think that there should have been an option for a lower delivery charge, combined with a longer wait for delivery. Certainly, I was in no hurry - but had no option....
