Excellent quick dispatch, delivered within 3-4 working days. Constant communication, thank you! After a horrendous experience ordering the same item from another firm, Im glad I came to you - and it was sorted quickly and efficiently. Thank you!
Only Feedback - Delivery time slots would be better so the customer does not have to be home from 8-4 pm.

Very pleased with the service. Slight delay in delivery was communicated to me as soon as it was known about, and delivery followed 24 hours later.
Thank you.

The parts were delivered when promised, all communication prior to delivery was helpful in managing my expectations.
Parts appear to be correct, though not yet fitted.
Would recommend MyTub to others.

David
