I was pleased overall with my purchases. I did have a couple of questions about the products and delivery time which were answered although this took quite a long time. My Tub deliveried the seat when they said. They also sent me an email re the dimensions of the seat l had ordered as there are 2 seats which are similar, which was a nice touch. No complaints.
