The goods did take much longer than I had anticipated, and longer than you initially advised.
You kindly updated with new expected delivery dates but this had to be done more than once and I guess you were simply having to pass on information provided by your supplier or manufacturer.
In the long term no harm resulted and the main thing to report is that the drip tray arrived OK, was in good cobdition, AND it fits perfectly.
So my resume would be - Many thanks for supplying this relatively small item, it just what was wanted and my friend who asked me to order it is highly delighted that he can once again use his fridge as before. Kind regards.

After ordering, I was kept upt0 date as it was processed and estimated delivery set. As this was finalised, I was given the actual delivery date the same and it was promptly delivered. The item was as described, undamaged, complete and the price was very good. I am a very happy customer because I shopped around and discovered a good supplier. My ordered items are as described, and delivered on a day date that tailored my convenience. I did specify within the notes of my order the day date, for which was acknowledged by a representative through email and delivered. The service was great, the price great, perhaps to improve further the efficiency of the company, a time frame could have been allocated 7-12 or 12-6 as examples. Otherwise, excellent service and I would recommended mytub in the future.
