Top rate service and keen prices will mean me looking here first for future product requirements. The sink I ordered was damaged when delivered but a quick phone to Laurie had a replacement winging it's way to us within a few days. No fuss, no problem. The delivery driver with the replacement waited until we'd unpacked the new sink and checked it before leaving. Great service.

The part I ordered came in reasonable time, I picked it up from my local plumb centre. At first I was quite annoyed at the fact that my location was going to incur a £15.00 vat delivery charge, this is maybe something that could be made clearer at the time of purchase, however , the communication between myself and your customer service department was excellent, and they assured me no charge would be added if I picked it up in Castlewellan. I would use you again in the future

I found your service excellent, the part I ordered was out of date and your web site did take my money without telling me this. But it was picked up and dealt with by your team. Ive now ordered a new PCB but unfortualty gone else where, after talking to one of your sales people. Most of your competitors prices where between £141 and £149 before VAT and yours was £181. I would have paid £150 becuase I liked your service so much.
