Just want to thank My tub for excellent service. I ordered a part that has now been declared obsolete by the manufacturer and My tub managed to track down the item and get it delivered to me asap. I was kept informed of the status of my order at all times and I feel I should give special praise to Christine who went above and beyond to source my item and complete my order. MyTub have one of the best websites I have ever used. I can find almost anything I need without fuss and without rip off prices. On ordering I was given an estimated delivery date and the day before delivery an email arrived confirming the delivery - this is a great service. This is the second time I have used MyTub and it will not be the last I am sure.

Many thanks for an accurate service. The parts arrived according to the confirmation email. Just one thing though, I had asked for a price and availability check prior to ordering and clicked through the quote to attach the details to my order, as suggested but the delivery date quoted did not match the final delivery date confirmed by email. Maybe I did something wrong, maybe I did not, either way, it was not clear but I am still happy and will use your services again, thank you.

Re Delivery.
On the order form I added that the part could be left in a safe place.
Only to be told that it would have to be signed for.
When I emailed on the day asking for an idea of a time, I was told that the delivery was on its way but that you didnt have the drivers itinerary and couldnt give any time.
Eventually, late afternoon, the part arrived.
If Id have known that you had a tie with parts centre I could have picked it up at a branch.
All other companies I deal with deliver to a safe place nominated by me.
I wont say I wouldnt use My Tub again, but I would think twice about it.

Overall, a not very good experience, admittedly dealing with a tricky problem. Let me first say though that the staff I corresponded with were absolutely first rate- a credit to you.
Having said that, It took over two months to locate and ship the part I was looking for, despite having been promised it would be delivered much earlier. Also, the punitive shipping charges meant it was nearly as cheap to buy two as one- so I did. I guess this means you do not want small bits of business.
Finally, and not really your fault, the part I was sent was not a copy of what I was trying to replace. It looks like the supplier has tried to produce a universal part to replace many minor variations on the same theme that have been produced over the years. It did not fit. Only through the applicatio
