I wish to send my thanks to you, I have received a call from the centre at about 10.45 this morning to say that my shower had arrived, thanks again for all your efforts in making this delivery happen eventually.

I could not find this part anywhere else, as now obsolete.
I was kept upto date with progress.
Really pleased.
Thanks

Excellent service and communications. Provided Peglars items which most other merchants do not stock.

Had been let down by another online company who wanted 3 weeks lead time to deliver - from order to availability in store with MyTub was around 30 minutes!!
Very helpful lady on the phone (Christine) made sure of stock availability and advised of a store in driving distance which had the stock for colection the same morning rather than waiting the modest 1-2 day delivery!!
VERY IMPRESSED, will be using again soon for my plumbing business, especially with these prices!!

I have found your service well below par and your customer service terrible. The lack of awareness of where items are or when they are being delivered, no reply to repeated calls and miscommunication within your company have lead to me to cancel the entire order to days ago, and today Wolseley called to deliver items on Monday. I have communicated with too many different people and their seems to be a lack of ownership, knowledge and customer service.

Excellent service - Product came when they said it would and a very competitive price. Thoroughly recommended.
