Fantastic communication - so quick - couldnt speak more highly of the service I received. Disappointing delivery. After having had the delivery date altered, the date was finally confirmed but it was not delivered. Christine went out of her way to resolve the problem and keep me informed about the progress, which I appreciate. In the end, and with Christines help, I had to go to the carrier and collect the order. Not ideal I would say, and it seems like your carrier let you down. Other than that I was satisfied with the process.

Got part but feel delivery cost was excessive it was near as much as the product.
You need a simple postal mail option for small items.
