Great online firm to deal with. Good email communication on sales process and delivery timescales.. Would recommend to other online buyers and have added My Tub Ltd to our list of reliable suppliers..
Does what it says on the tin.

Excellent service form MyTub. Email communication very good, delivered the goods to the door of our house very quickly - even faster than stated in the emails. Radiators delivered were in good condition, and the correct parts. Price was better than competitors, will use MyTub again.

I was very pleased that you managed to source a limited product, when you did not have stock.

As described, although not sure how I ordered 2, only needed 1.
Postage very costly too!

The price was good but the service was some of the worst I have had shopping on line. One broken promise after another. If I had not progressed the order by phone I would probably still be waiting!
You need to get your act together, I will never use Mytub again.
Still convinced you write the rave reviews yourself.
Frank.

Dear Frank
Good afternoon, I am very sorry for your experience.
No excuses, all I can see looking at the order is we chased this up with the
manufacture a lot. We gave up & got in from another branch which meant it
had to go through several sets of hands.
I am really sorry we did not keep you informed as we should have and normaly do.
Regards
