Great service, delivered on date specified although quicker delivery would have been appreciated as only have one toilet.

I will be completely honest ,i found the ordering and the delivery prety good ,but i found that the communication i received from a lady called christine was brilliant ,the item i ordered was not in stock when it should have been ,and i received messages, informing me of what was going on and when to expect my delivery.
all other companies i usually deal with leave you guessing when your delivery is due .to me communication is everything,how con you plan something when you have no idea where your parts are .

While the order is NOW complete, it took far to long to deliver weeks rather than days and the price went up to boot.

I was very impressed with the service you provided. I was really concerned when your email gave the delivery date of by 31111. As the part was needed immediately I rang your customer services department on 211011 and this was looked into. I was pleasantly surprised to be told that the part was on its way and would be with methat day which it was. Now fitted and working perfectly. Was pleased with service but would be better if the email gave the correct delivery date to avoid my panic. Thanks.
