i dont have a problem with my tub service is excellent and the minor problem I did have not of my tubs making but that of the delivery company was put to rights by my tub thank you very much.

I have purchased four radiants for a Robinson Willey Firegem 2 fire. My Tub sourced these for me speedily and these were just as expected. I would certainly recommend My Tub for their prompt service. Very good choice of products, at competitive prices, and a relatively easy-to-use website. It would be helpful if stock availability, and lead-times, were displayed in real time for all products on the website, rather than having to make an availability inquiry.

The website desktop version used made it easy to find the product required. All the information needed to make a decision on purchase was displayed. Once the order was placed I was disappointed to find that the product was not available for prompt delivery and the email I received indicated that an order could be placed at additional cost of £6 VAT which I was not prepared to pay so asked for my order to be cancelled. I was then contacted by a very helpful lady, Christine, so said that a purchase order could be placed at no additional cost so my order was not cancelled. Shortly after that I received notification that the product would be delivered on a specified day which indeed it was. As a result I am very likely to use mytub for future orders and recommend them as a reliable and econom

Excellent service from MyTub.
Pity the toilet seat does not merit such a credit. This is the forth in 10 years, they tend to crack in the middle as the rear supports dont touch the rim of wc as they are set to high.
