Easy website to use. Item took six days to arrive, but well packaged and far cheaper than if bought locally by myself. Communication on the progress of the order and delivery including the you should have it by now email was excellent. Will use again the next time the boiler needs a spare part.

Appaling service . It took 18 days to deliver this item and that was after three phone calls by me asking you when the item would arrive. Victoriaplumb deliver the next day. You need to sharpen up or go under.

Very sorry for the delay with your order, however this item is obsolete and Ideal Standard have a two week delivery for thier obsolete items as standard, please feel free to contact them direct for confirmation.
Thank you for your advice re VictoriaPlumb, we are in a totally different market place to them. VictoriaPlumb sell cheep unbranded rubbish (in our opinion) imported in bulk from China, stocked high with massive profit margins slapped

Best service ever!! A well-known gas supplier condemned my boiler because of supposed obsolete parts. I knew I would have trouble trying to find the bathroom accessories as they were unavailable anywhere! However MyTub found the towel ring amongst their stock! They kept me informed of there search and the great outcome! They could have just said, sorry out of stock, discontinued, but no, they didnt give up and found the item!
