I wanted a folding shower screen finding one to fit my specification proived difficult but Mytub staff were very helpful and patient. Can not Remember when i placed my order, but i would guess about a month ago. Kept getting e mails saying That the order had a confirmed date of delivery and then getting an e mail the next day saying order hadnt arrived yet and that it was being chased up, day after day of this went by until eventually it arrived.
I appreciate that it seemed that you were having problems sourcing the item, but it just went on too long.

There was a little glitch with regard to the delivery period which changed after the order was placed but Christine resolved the problem and kept me informed. Quite happy to order again.
