Item received 3911 instead of 31811. Waited in for 3 days in order to
sign for item as we have no near neighbours. Not at all impressed with
UK Mails delivery service. Jeanette and Christine at MyTub very helpful tho, and always pleasant throughout.

Many thanks for processing my order which I have received.
It would have been more convenient for me if you had used HM Post for delivery.
Thank you.

The part was fitted by myself within 15 minutes and my shower no longer leaks! A result all round.
