Had problems initially trying to determine the exact technical spec for the products being supplied and matching that with our requirements/expectations from the product. We had to do the 'leg work' to find the specification of the products you were supplying as you were unable to provide this information/concur with the information we eventually found on the product.
All other aspects ordering, delivery etc was excellent.

The website desktop version used made it easy to find the product required. All the information needed to make a decision on purchase was displayed. Once the order was placed I was disappointed to find that the product was not available for prompt delivery and the email I received indicated that an order could be placed at additional cost of £6 VAT which I was not prepared to pay so asked for my order to be cancelled. I was then contacted by a very helpful lady, Christine, so said that a purchase order could be placed at no additional cost so my order was not cancelled. Thank you so much we received the sink and taps all in tact by courier.

I couldnt be more pleased with either the service or the quality of the product I have received. The packing of the fragile items was absolutely superb now I only have to get rid of the MOUNTAIN of polystyrene bits which really did their job. The delivery by City Link far exceeded that offered by unreliable myHermes, so I sincerely hope My Tub sticks with this courier.
I was also impressed with the quickness with which my initial email enquiry was dealt..... a reply within about 10mins or so, gives a brilliant impression of the kind of service that an eventual order will receive.
I will not hesitate to recommend MY Tub to anyone, especially as I have just noticed the Price Match offer on the website.
Thanks fora brilliant transaction.

Had a slight problem with one of the fittings of the product I purchased, which was sorted out very well and quickly by a combination of MyTub and Twyford.
I would wholeheartedly recommend MyTub.
