Feedback
Towel rails received - very well packaged! Staff helpful - only problem was delay in receiving goods - marked as in stock on website but turned out to be only supplied on order which delayed things by a couple of months.. Other than that, all good.

Excellent customer relations. Kept up to date with regular e.mails re delivery which was appreciated. The first delivery date offered, was, in my view far too long especially as the order was paid for up front. However, the actual delivery date was quite acceptable. Kind regards, Adele Hemmings

If that same pdf link was on the web page for SX0843SX sink that I ordered, then I would have worked this out and ordered the waste kit too. Or, as with other sites, it would be useful to have a related products link, as I cant imagine there are many people that want to buy a sink without its associated waste kit. Now although
