When I called Mytub to make a product inquiry they were very courteous and found me the answers to my questions. Although my order was delivered 1 day behind schedule they gave me ample notice of this and kept me up-to-date on what was happening with my order. what was happening. Recieved "notification of update to order status". Log
in to find it will be another two weeks. No explanation or apology. How do
