Unfortunately purchase and delivery of my item was not plain-sailing. The order and payment was made on 1st November with anticipated delivery date or 3-5 days. Then an email advised the delivery date would be 20th November...I telephoned to ask why Following my intervention this was followed by another email stating the new delivery date of 12 November. I was most impressed with the service I received from MyTub. The part for my fire is obsolete but you managed to find it. I phonedand texted on three occasions and the ladies I spoke and received texts from were most helpful.
The only minus is more detail about the delivery service used would be appreciated.

good service, good price - the only problem being with the firm ( Wolsley? ) that delivered it; I stayed in all day awaiting delivery - only to find ( via Mytub) that they had broken it in loading and hadn't bothered to tell me or you; Mytub good; Wolsley bad.
