Fantasic company. Really helpful by phone and email. Order dispatched within 2 days as promised. A pleasure to deal with which is so rare these days. Would recommend.

You had the exact part for an old model fire which was great, and from order to delivery was only a few days. Again, well done. The only thing that I struggled with, was the option of collecting from an outlet, of which I think were 755 places. I couldnt find the locations anywhere. Perhaps for trade only All in all great service and would use you again

I have been waiting 10 days for a part to be supplied. I don't suppose for one minute these comments will be displayed on My Tub feedback. So that makes me wonder how many other customers leave feedback that is not displayed..
