I was very impressed with the efficient way my enquiry was was dealt with and how quick my order was progressed.
The email communication was excellent, i cant thank the staff enough especially supplying me with the gas boiler part I required as I was let down my three sites who said they could supply the part.

Your website was easy to navigate with a huge range of products at excellent prices. I was out when the first delivery was made and no note was left so there was a delay before I called and discovered what had happened. Ordering online was easy and the delivery date 10 days later, whilst taking a little longer than most, was met on target and the correct item was dispatched. My only concern was that the item came wrapped only in a thin plastic which was badly torn but luckily there was no damage to the basin. However, it seems more by chance and it would have been better if had cardboard packaging to prevent possible damage to what is a fragile item. The was my first experience using My Tub and I would definitely no hesitate to use them again and recommend their services to other. Thank you.
