When I called Mytub to make a product inquiry they were very courteous and found me the answers to my questions. Although my order was delivered 1 day behind schedule they gave me ample notice of this and kept me up-to-date on what was happening with my order. Thank you for your service. Unfortunately I misunderstood the web page and placed the order for what I assumed was a concealed cistern complete with lever, when it was for the lever only. I now wish to return same. The delay since receiving the item is due to me being abroad for the last week. The box has remained unopened.

A conservative delivery estimate which is achieved is much better than a shorter estimate not achieved - even if the former actually delivery lead time is longer than the latter i.e. if you say 5 days and it takes 7 days thats worse than saying 10 days and getting it in 10. Ideally of course you would reduce your estimated lead time 10 days to 5, or whatever and still achieve this shorter time.
