We were let down badly by another supplier and needed our high cistern urgently because we had fitters already on site. MyTub were great - unlike other suppliers, I was able to talk to an actual human who confirmed they had the part and was able to give an accurate delivery estimate, which was a big relief. In the end, they beat their estimate by a couple of days - it arrived the next day. Would totally use MyTub again.

A 1st class service. I used the online chat facility to check that the part was in stock. Once I placed the order I was contacted and informed that the regular delivery service could not guarantee delivery before Christmas. The express delivery arrived within 30hrs ... We thankyou for getting the order down to us for the weekend , but when i went to collect fron the plumb centre the order was very confussing as the part was in a sealed bag saying 1 pair but with only 1 hose in the bag, so the manager opened a new myson heater box and gave me the hoses from that.
