In need of a replacement timer for my central heating, I found MyTub offering the keenest price, apart from their shipping cost to me here in France. Not to worry, I found a cheaper shipper and MyTub were more than happy to oblige, including prompt email exchanges to coordinate collection by my preferred shipper. A week to supply a cartridge, far to long. I bought another cartridge locally and fitted it as I missed the delivery in the morning. I wouldnt use them again to save £20
