I had a really tricky part to order, after speaking to many suppliers including the part manufacturer My Tub were the only people to provide any useful help. I not only got the part I needed, I was kept up to date regularly about the order by phone and email. the service couldnt have been better. I will certainly use you again and recommend you to others. Very efficient ordering system. Arrived within a couple of days.
In my original call the person on the end of the phone helped to locate which branch held the part I needed (you only had one) so I could add this to the comments on the order. I don't have her name but she was very helpful.
For security reasons,I don't usually like ordering on-line so would have preferred to order by phone.
