Having waited in all day I received a phone call from the carrier stating that you had sent 1 by 1 unit instead of 1 by 4 pack of water filters. Is this correct. They also state that delivery will be some time tomorrow. Apart from this problem it has been a pleasure dealing with you. I appreciate being kept informed as to order updates

I apologise for the mix up in the delivery I have contacted the branch and they assure me your order has been re-ordered. The manufacturer in error thought there was only item on your order and so only sent us one filter. The branch say they sent the one item to yourself until the others came into stock. This was my first experience with my tub and possibly my last. Firstly they made a mistake, the site shows free delivery on orders over £25 – Wrong my £120 order of boiler parts just so happened to be made up of none free delivery items and even though this was my tub’s mistake they refused to waive or refund the £7 delivery charge which almost delayed the order by a day. Next, one of the parts arrived from Plumb Centre within two days and the other parts from who knows where nearly 2 weeks later – Overall, compared with many companies on the internet these days, this one did not impress me. One final comment, when things go wrong, you can’t just hit reply in e-mail, you have to go to the site and enter details in to a special page, all a bit of a faff really.

I am a bit disappointed if I am honest, If the delivery date was shown to me before I paid, it wasnt obvious enough because I didnt see it. Had I realised it would take 5 or 6 days i.e. you probably didnt have it in stock I would have gone else where.
Added to that, when the delivery driver arrived he didnt waste any time trying to find anyone, there were at least 4 people here at the time, so he didnt leave it in the porch I dont remember seeing a delivery instruction box on the order page either Consequently I had to drive to Hexham to collect it, but the item was still on the van from the day before , so I had to wait until after 3:30pm to get it.
These are two separate problems, each understandable. however together its not great. If you would like more feedback and ideas you are we

Towel rails received - very well packaged!
Staff helpful - only problem was delay in receiving goods - marked as in stock on website but turned out to be only supplied on order which delayed things by a couple of months..
Other than that, all good.
