Towel rails received - very well packaged!
Staff helpful - only problem was delay in receiving goods - marked as in stock on website but turned out to be only supplied on order which delayed things by a couple of months..

Couldnt identify the part I wanted from the website code numbers no images to compare so I sent an e-mail with all the nameplate details and the part was successfully sourced from the burner manufacturer even though the burner is 18 years old and this model is no longer manufactured. I received my order, yesterday lunch time at around 12pm. I must say that I feel a little let down as I placed my order on the 281112 and didnt hear back from you until the 141212 to say that the complete order was not in stock and would not be until January. I asked you to go ahead with the order as you had already taken the money from my account. I then had an email on the 171212 saying that the order will be in by the 070113 only to be told again that the order wouldnt be in until the 210113. I understand that this is not your fault but i would have preferred it if you could have let me know a couple of days after I placed my order that the order was not in stock as my customer was left without a shower for nearly two months. ...Peter Downey
